Delivery & Returns

All products in this store are finished and ready to be shipped. 
Free delivery are available on most products, subject to purchase for a certain amount, it is credited automatically.
If you want something special or if you like something and you would like to change the color or size, please contact with me, i will make the product according to your wishes.

Some details and features of my delivery:
I will send the orders through our national postal operator Ukrposhta (for shipments to Europe, Great Britain, etc.) I also use the services of consolidation carriers, most often this is used for the USA and Canada.  
You will find all the details for your shipment in the cover letter, I will definitely indicate the tracking number.
Shipping from Ukraine.

Below are the average delivery times: 
USA : 12-14 days (available express 5-7 days)
Canada: 4 weeks  
Europe: 8-14 days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
Delivery to other countries – about 3-4 weeks.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs/VAT and local taxes.


Returns and exchanges:
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting me within 12 hours. Once the delivery process has started, the order cannot be canceled.

I accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, but only if:
- if the product is not damaged and not used;
- is in the original packaging.
- return shipping is paid by you. 

If you are disappointed with the product, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve any issue.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we have delivered it to you in error or it is faulty.
